| Matthew Poole is one of Mississippi's preeminent attorneys in the areas of

Millsaps College and The University of Mississippi School of Law, he is
a former law clerk to the Mississippi Secretary of State.
Matthew is also a former law clerk and policy advisor to the Mississippi
